The Polartec® Windbloc-ACT® blocks 98% of the wind with wind resistant, water-repellent fleece. While breathable moisture-wicking Power Dry® covers your head and face. Our high performance liner fits easily under any helmet or hood and can be tucked away if you only want to use it as a neck gaiter. So stay warm, dry and smiling.
